Overview :
Contract-to-hire - ASAP Start
On-site in Edina, MN
Off at Noon on Fridays
Compensation : $20.00-25.00 / hr.
Bonus & Overtime eligible!
Responsibilities
- Handle communications, sign-ups, and record-keeping for new and returning clients, ensuring their information is maintained in QuickBooks, Jobber, and Reliabills.
- Oversee route management, adjust schedules, and resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships with Scoopers (Independent Contractors).
- Manage billing, financial processing, and supply management, including monthly input of scoops, customer billing, bank deposits, and post office runs.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, oversee part-time staff, and ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to emails and telephone calls, assist with training, file management, invoice processing, and manage timesheets and paychecks for handicapped employees.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience as an office manager, preferably with additional background in animal care or pet retail operations
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram), business software (QuickBooks, Jobber, Reliabills), and productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Apple systems)
- Exceptional client communication skills with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records, resolving conflicts professionally, and anticipating client needs
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, including experience coordinating multiple activities, managing complex schedules, and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Extensive experience in billing, financial processing, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele, adapt to new systems quickly, and contribute positively to team dynamics
