Schedule: FT- 40hours/week
Shift: 1st- Days
Location: 65 GLENNDALE DR, Manchester, KY 40962
The role you’ll contribute:
- Assists with assessment of educational needs in clinical areas
- Researches literature and facility policy to align educational efforts with organizational goals and evidence based practice guidelines
- Develops and delivers educational content
- Maintains accurate and organized records of learning activities
- Assists Education Manager in ongoing development of overall education plan and specific initiatives for the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ongoing knowledge of current clinical processes at MMH
- Stays up to date with nursing practice guidelines and skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to conduct instructor-led training sessions
- Proficient computer skills
- Astute attention to detail
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Equivalent of 2 years full-time hospital-based nursing (direct patient care)
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- Professional licensure of Registered Nurse in state of Kentucky
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
