The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Supervisor plans, develops, coordinates and organizes the daily operations. Responsible for the quality, outcome and efficiency of electrocardiography, cardiac stress testing services, EEG and echocardiography procedures. Provides Cardiac support services to all patients. Responsible for maintaining budget guidelines, labor usage, supply costs, procedure volumes and productivity. Demonstrates leadership in a positive manner, motivates and educates staff, communicates effectively with staff, administration, and physicians. Promotes patient and employee satisfaction. Responsible for orientation and training of new employees. Demonstrates flexibility, and is compliant with special requests as situations dictate. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Assists in Manages daily operations within the Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab to include staffing, payroll, scheduling, and physician support.
- Collaborates with office staff and scheduling to ensure a positive scheduling process experience for patient, physician, and office staff.
- Fosters staff development through positive communication of expectations, feedback, coaching, evaluation, and discipline.
- Leads and facilitates associate engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skill within department, interdepartmental, and in the community.
- Models and ensures culturally respectful environment for patients, customers and associates.
- Communicates frequently with staff through informal and formal process, e.g., staff meetings, daily safety huddles, emails, and newsletters.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- CV Technologist, or ARRT
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist
