Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00), Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Length: 13 Weeks
Blended Hourly Rate: $75 Blended rate per hour // $2,700 weekly gross (for 36 hours)
Facility: Rady Children's Hospital
Location: San Diego, CA 92123
Requirements and additional information
- Must have California Registered Nursing License; current, active and in good standing.
- 2 full years of recent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year)
- Willing to float between units (CVICU & NICU)
- BLS, PALS
- Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.
- Shifts: (discussed in interview)
• 36/48 alternating, variable or straight night shifts
• 3x12s option, Must be willing to work 7 shifts in a bi-weekly pay period - Requested Time Off:
• Max 6 days off
• Must work 2 out of 3 holidays - Ratio: 1:1-2
- Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice.
