What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rock Climbing Guide & Instructor position at Adventure Out LLC?
Do you love to climb? Are you a skilled climber with a passion to share your knowledge and experience? We are looking for instructors to teach rock climbing at Castle Rock and the Pinnacles for Adventure Out.

At Adventure Out, we pride ourselves on teaching climbing SAFELY AND RESPONSIBLY. We keep low student-to-instructor ratios and try to teach climbing technique along with etiquette so that we are putting responsible, aware people out on the rocks.
Furthermore, our clients tend to be working professionals in the Bay Area. Instructors need to be professional in nature and able to teach and work with people of all walks of life. We have a top-notch, well-organized program here and need independent and responsible individuals to join our team. We work hard and play hard!

Requirements:
-First Aid and CPR certifications (AMGA or PCGI a HUGE plus)
-Minimum 3 years experience as a climber (more preferred)
-Teaching Experience a HUGE plus
-Familiarity with Castle Rock and Pinnacles climbing routes
