What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Guide position at Adventure Park?
Kitchen Guide works under the Kitchen Lead. They ensure that they maintain Quality and Consistency by preparing menu items according to the recipe. Following the recipe and measuring ingredients with accuracy to avoid waste and recipe changes. Understanding KDS (Kitchen Display System) and using accurately to avoid food delays and waste. Communicate to Kitchen Lead any errors or wasted items so items can be accounted for inventory.
Follow daily checklist each shift-Stock, Sanitation, Temperature, Prep and Deep Cleaning List.
Commicate any low item inventory or equipment maintenance.
Make food sanitation and cleanliness a priority by washing hands between stations, wearing hair net/hat, not eating in the kitchen, have drink with lid under prep station at all times.
Available Week Nights and Weekends
