Part-time Accounting Assistant

Our growing, client-focused office needs a part-time Accounting Assistant to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer on completing daily tasks quickly and accurately. We need someone 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, to follow up on receivables, payables, billing, filing and phone calls. Ours is an extremely fast-paced office and we’re looking for an energetic and driven individual to be part of our dynamic team!

Skills and experience requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in accounting, finance or related field with a 3.0 gpa or higher
• Previous accounts payable experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of tools
• Advanced Excel knowledge a plus
• Works professionally and communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
• Prompt & reliable. Works 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Pay is $12-15 per hour, based on prior experience and/or progress toward a degree
