Position Overview/Purpose:
The Operations Manager - Install has direct responsibility over the operations install teams to ensure all jobs are completed in an efficient manner with precise accuracy and a strong attention to detail maintaining Advertising Vehicle’s highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
- Manage and drive revenue, margin, and profitability standards while meeting client satisfaction
- Report metrics to senior leadership on a regular cadence
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Oversee coordination of personnel required to successfully complete installs
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
- Work with other department leaders to implement organizations goals and milestones, delivers insights to the executive level
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.
- Travel out of the area for work purposes and stay overnight as needed.
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Supervision Received:
- Supervision by VP of Operations
Supervision Exercised:
- Direct supervision over Team Lead Installers with guidance over the other install team member.

- Performance will be measured through installation & order quality and quantity KPI’s as well as the performance of the overall team
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients.
- Proven capability of Lean Leadership
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience in lean and six sigma methodologies a plus
