As a Project Manager, you will have opportunities to:
- Self-manage your day to day work schedule.
- Build strong relationships throughout all levels of the organization including executive-level.
- Be a part of a team that focuses on driving progress, building relationships and keeping people at the core in everything that they do.
Oversees all phases of projects; request, initiation, planning, execution, closing. This includes developing and maintaining project documents, plans, and budgets.- Manages projects using MS Project and Project Online.
- Facilitates team and group meetings.
- Manages and resolves issues that may arise during the lifecycle of the project.
- Familiarizes project team members in Advia's project management methodologies including policies, procedures, work flows, templates, and tools.
- Defines project risks. Develops and maintains risk strategies.
- Compiles project status reports and communicates updates to project sponsors/stakeholders.
- Adheres to data standards necessary to maintain Advia's project portfolio.
- Assists in management of Advia's project portfolio.
- Strictly adheres to and enforces system security policies and follows all company standards. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. May occasionally need to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.

Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.

Experience:
- Three plus years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Must possess knowledge of project management processes and methodologies along with associated applications to effectively manage projects.
- Experience managing process improvement projects preferred.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
A college degree. Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
