Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy services that inspire growth and development for individuals with special needs.
- Execute individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies crafted by our skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, respecting confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of caregivers, parents, and other healthcare professionals for seamless and effective care.
- Uphold ethical standards and provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can thrive.
- Engage in the assessment and observation of client behaviors, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR be willing to obtain your certification within a specified timeframe.
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or behavioral challenges is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster engaging relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines and standards.
- A flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts, is important.
- A compassionate approach, with sensitivity to the individual needs and diverse backgrounds of clients, is essential.
