In this engaging role, you’ll work with clients of all ages—children and adults alike. You'll be implementing effective treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ensuring that everyone receives the personalized attention they deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy services that inspire growth and development for individuals with special needs.
  • Execute individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies crafted by our skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, respecting confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of caregivers, parents, and other healthcare professionals for seamless and effective care.
  • Uphold ethical standards and provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can thrive.
  • Engage in the assessment and observation of client behaviors, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR be willing to obtain your certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or behavioral challenges is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster engaging relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines and standards.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts, is important.
  • A compassionate approach, with sensitivity to the individual needs and diverse backgrounds of clients, is essential.
