Position Summary: Retirement Planning firm in Harrison, OH is seeking a full-time, Marketing Associate. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology, and have flexibility to work occasional evening events. Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with Marketing needs and engage the prospects from one of the many company marketing funnels which could include informational workshop/seminar, digital advertising, TV advertising, website, video production, etc. This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Help the Marketing Team with initiatives and ideas
- Consistent follow-up with prospects from the seminar
- Help with event planning, execution and attending the event – 2 – 4 Nights a month
- Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interaction
- Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
- Social Media updates
- Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Advisers
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work a plus
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to take direction and work independently to meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Working knowledge of Video Production and Editing a plus - or willingness to learn
Reports To:
Marketing Manager
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Benefits: Full Time Employees
PTO: 2 weeks PTO – Additional PTO accrues over time
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9:00 – 5:00 PM
