HR Data Analyst Lead

We're looking for a HR Data Analyst to join our HR Innovations Team in Amsterdam. You will have the freedom to use your experience, creativity and innovative mindset to build out the HR Data function in general within Adyen. With people-data insights you will drive the business and scale the organization. You own projects around developing and improving data collection, building and maintaining scalable dashboarding to further expand self-service and drive business decisions based on data. 

What you’ll do

  • Continue to further develop the HR data function in Adyen
  • Provide relevant insights by extracting, analyzing and communicating HR data
  • Share your knowledge and train your colleagues as the subject matter expert
  • Create and maintain insightful and actionable insights in tools like Workday & Looker
  • Drive existing and upcoming projects around expanding and improving data collection
  • Collaborate with teams throughout the business to optimize value provided 

Who you are

  • You have (5 ) years of relevant work experience
  • You possess strong project management, prioritization and leadership skills
  • You have a strong analytical background
  • Previous experience in people data and HR are a must
  • You are able to infer insights from people data and make detailed reports to HR/Recruitment 
  • Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
  • Good communication and data interpretation skills
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment where you may need to shift priorities.
  • You are comfortable talking straight and stretching the status quo, specifically with the ability to interact and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, always searching for new ways to add value to the business. 
  • Skills in Workday are a plus
