Client Program Leader - Boise, ID

AE2S is seeking a Client Program Leader to join us in Idaho. This individual will be a key leader in business development, project delivery, and passionate client service while contributing to the ongoing success and profitability of AE2S.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Lead business development activities for new and existing clients including identifying, evaluating, and pursuing high priority clients throughout the region.
• Execute regional growth strategies, assist in identifying key client interests, and lead client pursuit activities.
• Grow market and technical presence within the region.
• Participate in and/or manage project pursuit and proposal efforts. Coordinate and collaborate with marketing staff to ensure our proposals address client needs.
• Provide professional consulting services and manage engineering projects that include planning, study, design, and construction administration.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary resources to deliver high quality projects that meet or exceed clients’ expectations.
• Manage performance of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians.
• Maintain existing client relationships and enhance pursued relationships with clients.
• Provide quality control and quality assurance as part of the AE2S team.

Basic Requirements

• A commitment to client service.
• The ability to develop, manage, and execute business development plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related experience.
• 8 years of experience in interfacing with clients and successfully leading project teams.
• Experience preparing proposals and managing client development.
• Previous experience in Idaho.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Idaho or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute efficiently.
• Knowledge of project financials.
• Demonstrated experience pursuing and winning water, wastewater, or water resources projects through the competitive RFP/Q process.
