How You Will Grow:
- Recruiting Experience: Collaborate with client leads to understand ideal candidate profiles and source Perfect Fit candidates. Maintain candidate contact information, manage the candidate pipeline, and provide real-time reporting for each client.
- Honing Your Professional Skills: Reach out to candidates with personalized messages, schedule phone screens, and follow up strategically to ensure engagement. Engage in continuous learning opportunities, industry training, and personal development initiatives
- Team Support: Work with the Team Lead to manage individual attainment hours, complete assigned tasks, and ensure daily updates of capacity tracking and reports.
