Job Description
AECOM Transportation - Construction Management/Construction Engineering and Inspection business line is seeking a candidate for the position of Engineering Intern in their Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with contractors, team members, and the AECOM Project Leaders. They will work independently and with other team members to complete quality Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and local construction projects on time and within budget.
This position is expected to begin in May 2024.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
Work will consist of construction inspection, materials testing, and administration of WisDOT and local projects.
