Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Operations Specialist to join our team. This role can be based in any location near an AECOM office and has the ability to work remotely. This role will focus on planning and executing talent acquisition projects with varying levels of scope and complexity across the global AECOM landscape. You will work with many areas of our globe to optimize and standardize our processes while helping us be innovative and challenge the status quo.

This role will:
- Execute talent acquisition & onboarding project initiatives, help us to manage change, communicate effectively, drive functional excellence, process improvement, and transition new technology and process to partners when appropriate, while providing superior customer support; serving as a junior business analyst in our talent acquisition space
- Assist with our vendor management and integration partners including providing SmartRecruiters production support, which includes researching and resolving elevated problems, responding to inquiries, and educating users
- Work cross-functionally on technology initiatives as well as talent acquisition training support and implementation, working with our service center partners and scopes of work and helping to support our recruitment marketing initiatives
This role will support our global talent acquisition function at AECOM. At times the role will require attending meetings or providing support outside of the successful candidate’s local time zone. The successful candidate must have the ability to work outside their local time zone.
Job Summary:
• Proactively plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed functions of human resources (HR) duties for large location or multiple offices in a geography.
• Independently advises operations on complex HR matters and is relied on heavily for individual's expertise.
• Alternatively, incumbent may also be in this career level if he/she carries out complex or novel assignments in their assigned location or works on strategic HR projects for the organization.
• Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results.
• Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed action plans.
• Works independently to craft solutions.
Equally important to your professional experience, your skills will include:
- The ability to communicate and present clearly and logically and adjust content/approach based on the audience.
- The ability lead teams without authority; ability to promote a one-team culture in delivering solutions.
- The ability to be highly agile, (you are able to learn new tools/platforms quickly and assess their benefits to existing project management processes/governance)

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
- Previous project management experience.
- Previous experience with recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
- Previous experience utilizing SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Preferred Requirements:
- Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)experience
- Previous experience supporting marketing initiatives

- Your experience includes working in a consulting engineering or professional services environment.
- Your experience includes working in a highly matrixed global and/or Fortune 500 organization.
