Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our East Region Procurement Team. This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office scheduling that can be based in, but not limited to, Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Charleston, SC; Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; Tallahassee, FL; West Palm Beach, FL.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes and review for compliance with applicable procedures
Manage and direct procurement staff; work collaboratively with international support center staff
Requires a thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures
Support sourcing and contracting process in coordination with operations and support functions
Follow and reinforce Source-to-Pay (S2P) technologies policies, processes, and procedures
Support projects in proposal, planning, execution, and closeout phases of the project life cycle
Lead, develop and execute procurement and buy-side contracting strategies and plans
Prepare and manage RFx events, awards, and maintenance for direct projects expenses (e.g., capital equipment, construction/engineering materials, subcontractors, and subconsultants)
Present the subcontracting and procurement process to stakeholders in an effective manner
Negotiate, prepare, execute framework agreements and subcontracts
Assist escalating and supporting resolution of disputes with suppliers
Work in Coupa eProcurement modules (or similar commercial ERP systems) and DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management
Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) by promoting sustainability, social equity, diversity and inclusion in our supply chain and communities through partnerships with small and minority-owned businesses
Time Split: 75% internal regional programs, projects (direct), 20% external supplier, 5% corporate initiatives, and external client as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field 8 years of experience with procurement management or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the A/E/C Industry, particularly within the Energy and/or Environment sectors, preferred
Prior management/supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in Coupa eProcurement modules (or similar commercial ERP systems) and DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management
Demonstrated experience reviewing legal red lines

Offered rate of compensation (Georgia locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $92K - $100K.
