Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support the Global Process Owner – Source 2 Contract in all aspects of supplier onboarding, engagement and performance management. Working closely with offshore Service Centers and other GPO’s, the role will ensure approved systems and processes are used for validating compliance with AECOM’s onboarding requirements aligned with the overall S2P process. Working with key stakeholders across the US, Canada and LATAM, often including senior management, the role will support day to day guidance, training, reporting and maintaining accurate records related to all aspects of supplier onboarding.
Operating across all geographies, the role will also support AECOM’s Supplier Outreach Program embedded within the wider Source 2 Pay and Supplier Enablement strategies. This position is fundamental to practices, processes and policy across AECOM with visibility across both finance and operational teams that help drive existing programs, new initiatives and relationships with all stakeholders.
This position will offer a hybrid schedule of both in office and remote work and can be based anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the GPO S2C to ensure successful delivery of S2C related deliverables across US, Canada and LATAM
As part of a team, support wider implementation of approved systems, policies and processes across AECOM’s International regions.
Ensure policies, processes and procedures meet the requirements of AECOM Risk Domains (Quality, SH&E, E&C etc.) and other groups
Collaborate with stakeholders and wider GBS community, business partners (Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure programs deliver the intended value and are connected to the enterprise strategy
Help develop the vision for S2C in conjunction with S2C GPO, stakeholder requirements and service delivery centres
Support CLM rollout and ensure aligned with requirements of supplier onboarding
Contribute to reporting as necessary (daily, weekly, monthly, annually and ad hoc) supporting GBS governance and process councils
Work closely with offshore Service Delivery Leads to ensure appropriate application of the correct procedures expected by our internal customers and suppliers
Proactive support and remediation of all issues related to TPRM
Collaborate with team members in TPRM and CLM to help enhancements metrics and reporting to effectively monitor the risk level of AECOM’s third party portfolio
Provide input into the Third-Party Risk Management System and CLM Processes that help future state design
Monitor metrics for efficiency, continuous improvements and process enhancements
Support efforts to update metrics, procedures, process documents, training and communication across multiple stakeholder groups to successfully disseminate new expectations
Create and maintain appropriate TPRM process documentation and change control using AECOM’s documentation management system tools and standards
Provide program guidance on all aspects of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Contribute to training materials and educating across all stakeholder groups
Support at regular ‘Workshops’ and provide stakeholders with regular updates related to outstanding issues
Participate in industry associations to gain insight on best practices related to TPRM and CLM
Support TPRM Open Issues and Employee Centre Tickets
Create and maintain Knowledge Articles for review and approval by the GPO S2C
Escalation point for offshore Service Centers for TPRM related service queries
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
"BA/BS in Business, Procurement, Accounting, Finance or a related field 2 years of experience in Procurement or TPRM environment managing third party risk or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Thorough understanding and application of risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in Procurement or TPRM environment managing third party a plus.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of all work.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively on a variety of projects concurrently in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all work products.

Offered rate of compensation (Illinois locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $63K - $90K.
