Digital AECOM is seeking to fill two UX Designer positions to join a dynamic and growing global digital team. Digital AECOM is a collaborative product development group who together design and deliver innovative digital solutions and products supporting engineering and sustainability services.

This will be a remote/virtual position that can be based from a variety of US locations.

Responsibilities:

• Create user-flow diagrams and wireframes
• Design low to high-fidelity mockups
• Rapid design prototype in Figma
• Design systems
• Follow brand guidelines
• Brainstorm on new design solutions
• Participate in collaborative team environments
• Attention to detail and prioritize user experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Design (i.e. – industrial design, interaction, graphic, digital, or human centered, etc.) plus at least 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience with UX tools, such as Figma; excellent proficiency with Figma is strongly preferred
• Application submission should include a link to Portfolio and/or website

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Strong typography and graphic design skills
• Understanding of UX Process
• Good verbal and presentation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment
