SO WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE JOB?
Responsibilities
- Organize and support client onboarding projects
- Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Facilitate client trainings
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives
- Managing multiple clients on a daily basis
- Communicate client requirements and needs to the Development team
- Work independently on client requests as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking, and project management skills that allow you to work under strict deadlines and quickly prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of integrity
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- A great sense of humor!
- Some travel may be required
- Experience with these are a PLUS: Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
As a member of our team, you will assist with the Client Onboarding/Implementation process. Individuals in this role will act as a client advocate and provide support to the clients to fully adopt the platform and realize the benefits and values of AEFIS. This role will closely partner with the Client Success Team to facilitate and deliver a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing client management.
We are looking for someone who is curious, clever, and interested in solving problems. You must be an organized individual who loves Google Sheets and collaboratively working with our clients to ensure a successful adoption of the AEFIS platform. You also have to have comfort and confidence when interacting with a wide variety of people including clients on the phone or via video conferencing and with your colleagues on a regular basis.
