On the Dispute Resolution team, we focus on only one thing: providing the highest standard of dispute resolution services in the world. We are top-notch consultants assisting our clients with risk mitigation strategies, affirmative claims, rebuttal reports, expert witness testimony services, and the timely resolution of disputes on complex construction projects. 

• Evaluating construction projects to determine and measure delay impacts using recognized methodologies
• Analyzing delays, both contemporaneously and forensically, using Oracle/Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or ASTA
• Creation of Time Impact Analyses (TIAs), Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), and formal claim documents
• Developing and analyzing contractor loss of productivity
• Calculating and reviewing project damages
• Working closely with attorneys, owners, and contractors
• Writing comprehensive reports supported by rigorous analysis, verification, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Two years experience working ideally within the construction industry; vertical construction preferred (vertical construction is considered high rises, hospitals, airports, data centers, schools, etc. versus oil and power plants)
• Possess strong interpersonal communications, and be able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both orally and in writing (in English); Writing sample will be requested
• Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple priorities concurrently
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to distill information, develop insights, and work alongside clients to solve complex challenges
• Willing to take ownership of projects and to prioritize assignments based on client’s needs
• Substantial proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (principally Excel) and SharePoint
