Support Manager – El Paso, TX

Position Summary:
The Support Manager (SM) is responsible for supporting the administration and logistics for the Emergency Intake Site.

Essential Functions:
  • Manages administrative and logistical tasks in support of USG customer.
  • Attend meetings, compile, and submit required reports, and other tasks as assigned by the PM.
  • Interface with the Customer, Military, and other Federal and Government agencies.
  • Assist HR with personnel issues as needed.
  • May be responsible for reviewing and approving Purchase Requests.

Non-Essential Functions:
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer / client.

Location:
El Paso, TX.

FLSA Status:
Full-Time.

Preferred
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree or higher.
  • Five (5) years of applicable work experience planning, evaluating, and implementing government logistics or medical programs.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong administrative and logistics experience supporting large USG programs

Work Environment:

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
