Support Manager – El Paso, TX
Position Summary: The Support Manager (SM) is responsible for supporting the administration and logistics for the Emergency Intake Site.
Essential Functions:
- Manages administrative and logistical tasks in support of USG customer.
- Attend meetings, compile, and submit required reports, and other tasks as assigned by the PM.
- Interface with the Customer, Military, and other Federal and Government agencies.
- Assist HR with personnel issues as needed.
- May be responsible for reviewing and approving Purchase Requests.
Non-Essential Functions:
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer / client.
Location: El Paso, TX.
FLSA Status: Full-Time.
Teleworking: No.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Five (5) years of applicable work experience planning, evaluating, and implementing government logistics or medical programs.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
- Strong administrative and logistics experience supporting large USG programs
