Position Overview:As an IT Specialist at Empro, you will play a crucial role in managing our phone systems and scheduling processes, in addition to handling standard IT responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our communication infrastructure and scheduling systems, providing essential support to our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Systems Management:Maintain and troubleshoot our phone systems to ensure uninterrupted communication.
Implement updates and improvements to optimize phone system performance.
Provide technical support and training to employees on phone system usage.
- Scheduling Management:Manage and coordinate schedules for our clients locations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Standard IT Duties:Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing phone systems and scheduling processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in relevant IT areas is a plus.
