- Design and conduct experiments for formulation and material development independently, by applying relevant technical knowledge, statistical techniques and method,
- Perform appropriate characterization methodologies to evaluate new formulation, material and processes
- Conceive and promote innovative ideas of novel biomaterial (such as solution, emulsion, suspension, hydrogel, gel films) to support new product development
- Be responsible to generate, review and approval documents such as batch records, study protocols, reports, and standard operational procedures
- Assist fabrication of GxP samples in cleanroom following established manufacturing procedures; knowledge of aseptic technique is preferred
- Actively monitor patent and scientific literature for significant technical developments relevant to Ocular Health and CLC products; Protect company IP by filing patent applications
- Have strong ability to work independently with little direction and tight timeline; capable of taking initiative, self-driven, capable of focusing on objectives, and strong ability for Detail oriented and hand-on is a must
