Job Description: Title: Internal and External Community Specialist
Assign roles and responsibilities, create analytics reports, upload, and tag content within the digital systems
Work with internal stakeholders to upload and update content on digital signage system
Assign responsibilities, edit pages, ensure governance, and update clients through all internal and external content management systems
Provide first-level support, analytics and training for internal and external email tracking platforms, social media and content management systems and tools
Perform content clean-up efforts to ensure updated content, tagging and timelines on various platforms
Work with internal partners to provide first level of support before escalating to IT (Information Technology) as needed
Enforce *** standards and branding on external sites and social media
Needs:
Experience working in matrix/large corporations
Experience using work management and communication tools such as JIRA. Sprinklr, SharePoint, Suite Studio and Microsoft Suite
Passion for learning new tools and platforms
Experience with content management systems
