We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled problem solver to join our team as Office Coordinator. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate office in downtown Mountain View and occasionally our office in San Francisco. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the culture of our growing team by coordinating employee experience events and programs, managing office operations as well as supporting key leaders. This role is on-site in our convenient downtown Mountain View location, with flexibility as needed for remote work.
\n- Manage day to day operations including office supply and inventory, mail and packages, visitors and office refreshments / snacks
- Assist with managing calendars, scheduling, travel and meeting support for Aera Executives
- Internal and Customer meeting preparation and hosting
- Liaison with property management and maintenance vendors to maintain appearance, and functionality of the Mountain View and San Francisco offices
- Tracking and processing expenses; partner with IT, property management, and external vendors to improve cost efficiency, quality, and processes
- Partner with internal teams to drive special projects, our corporate calendar of events, and new programs
- Internal Employee Event coordination and assist with customer events when needed
- Craft employee communication regarding office issues as needed
- 5 yrs experience in executive support, office administration or related function
- High energy and fantastic attitude; you take pride in creating a fun, productive, and aesthetic environment that inspires and brings teams together
- Exceptionally organized and resourceful self-starter with incredible attention to detail, creative problem solving, and sense of urgency to manage high volume of tasks
- Polished with strong written and verbal communication skills and maintain utmost confidentiality
- Expert in Mac/Google Workspace environment but also knows Microsoft Office applications
- Highly proficient in collaboration and communication
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Experience in start-up or hyper growth enterprise software environment

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
