The Opportunity. Our company seeks a self-motivated Shop Helper who will support the Manufacturing department with all aspects of incoming and outgoing inventory.
The Job. The Shop Helper will assist with daily support tasks within the Manufacturing organization. They will assist with material logistics and transport within the shop including the use of a forklift to transport chip hoppers. The Shop Helper will check Machine coolant and oil levels and assist with Machine operation as needed. They will assist with other shop tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
