Brand Manager
Job Summary
Energetic and experienced downstream marketing professional with strong communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experience in marketing planning, branding, and sales strategies. Adept in online and traditional marketing, and high skilled in written and visual communications. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing with potential direct reports as the organization scales.
Primarily located in Dayton, Ohio Headquarters with some flexibility for a remote working structure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish effective working relationships with sales to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales strategies and strategic marketing demand generation programs.
2. Develop and deliver appropriate marketing tools to equip the sales teams with relevant content they need to effectively engage buyers and multiple personas.
3. Maintenance and management of sales and customer facing content database.
4. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
5. Demonstrate effective management of promotional activities of the organization.
6. Partner with Sales Operations on marketing analytics and development of dashboards.
7. Develop relationships with KOL's and management of customer testimonials.
8. Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages to be used by sales and marketing.
9. Management of Print on Demand for the sales force.
10. Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition and sales revenue.
11. Participation in planning and attending events, conference and trade shows.
12. Manage and improve lead generation from events in partnership with meetings and events team.
13. Any other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
2. 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role.
3. Understanding of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Quality Systems Management, as well as knowledge of FDA CFR 21 Part 820 Quality System Regulations for Medical Device.
4. Superior written and verbal communications skills.
5. Proficient in sales strategies and technology, including SalesForce.com, HighSpot and other forms.
6. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and adaptable to other software programs.
8. Demonstrated success in a start-up, entrepreneurial work environment.
9. Ability to work in a team-minded approach to achieve individual and company success.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel required, up to 40%.
