What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Mill And Lathe Setup position at Aerotek?
Description:
Employee will be required to setup both CNC Mills and Lathes on a frequent basis, and will be asked to run some of the machines themselves. The machines are multi axis, so they need to be used to fairly complex setups, and shorter run, 2-3 setups per shift. They will also do some of their own in process inspections using hand tools and gauges

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-3 years experience operating CNC Mills and Lathes - can be specialized in one or the other, but Granger prefers some exposure to both -1 year experience doing at least 3 setups per shift on either Mills or Lathes -Ability to read blueprints, and utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect own parts -Programming a plus, not required
