Field Service Manager
Shift - 7:00-4:30
Starting pay - $36-$40

Description:
- The Service Manager is responsible for the P&L of the service group.
- Home every night
- The Service Manager supports and mentors Service Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing cranes and their components to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Service Manager Develops and Manages Daily Schedules of Service technicians.
- Service Manager assist EMH customers with troubleshooting.
- Provides reports, proposals or findings as requested to supervisors/owners
- Oversees the talent management of the Service department (recruitment, selection, development, evaluation, performance management, etc.)
- Works with staff to resolve employee grievances
- Schedules and communicates employee vacation schedule and other time off
- Maintains personnel records
- Provides technical assistance to service technicians.
- Performs skilled repair or maintenance operations at customer sites as appropriate.
- Monitors employees’ work levels and reviews work performance.
- Conducts or arranges for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
- Requisitions materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
- Examines reports and analyzes information to determine needed installations, services or repairs.
- Regularly reviews maintenance policies and procedures to ensure equity between customer concerns and company profitability.

Supervisors are eligible for substantial bonus each year which is based off of KPI's
Most of the management team has been with the company for 15 years
Yearly reviews in Q1
Very laid back environment with about 65 employees
Unlimited overtime, some employees work 5 10's and 8 hours on Saturday's however OT is not required
