Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 3 years manufacturing experience in a high volume, fast paced production environment. • Metalworking / Hollow Metal fabrication experience preferred. • Manufacturing equipment experience with CNC preferred. • Dexterous with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools and machinery. • Ability to read and understand specification sheets, blueprints, and work orders • Ability to layout and load materials using basic math and hand held measuring tools • Ability to utilize computer output from CAD/CAM systems • Ability to enter instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches • Ability to set-up mills and lathes • Knowledge and ability to maintain the machine in good working order • Knowledge of re-work procedures • Understanding of finished product characteristics • Knowledge and ability to do lock out/tag out procedures
