Become familiar with specific site configurations and assist in optimizing systems for best performance and revenue generation. Lead and manage major special projects involving significant facility repairs and retrofits including, for example, expansive module replacements, inverter retrofits or the application of new technologies in support of performance improvement initiatives. Perform Job Safety Assessments and Safety Walks as appropriate. Track and report on contract compliance obligations. Service report review and appropriation in ACE’s document storage system and/or CMMS. Identify opportunities to enhance site performance and reduce Field Service costs (i.e. unwind 3rd party maintenance contracts and replace them with ACE Field Services support). Ad-hoc analysis as requested. Skills and Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent required, Trade or Undergraduate Technical education preferred.
