This role requires strong general management capabilities and the ability to toggle between stakeholder management, customer service, and operations. This includes working closely with businesses, end user customers, community leaders, car dealerships, and the local utility. You will be supported by a small but mighty team spread across Indianapolis, Dayton, and Virginia, and will manage a Vermont-based Fleet Operations Associate. Responsibilities Lead the Vermont location of Motor, including local growth initiatives, operations, customer service, and PR Build brand awareness for Motor through partnerships, events, and by working closely with the Motor’s marketing team to develop Vermont-specific marketing approaches Execute member retention strategies Manage the Fleet Operations Associate and operational relationships with contractors, vendors and partners.
