Primary Job Duties:
- Loading and unloading of incoming shipments
- Receive, stock, and move incoming and outgoing materials to/from the warehouse.
- Stock picking; gather and prepare/package materials for pick-up and delivery.
- Maintain and organize inventory.
- Learn and retain product knowledge and specifications.
- Provide customer satisfaction and service.
- Effectively work in cooperation with department staff and management on duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Punctuality & Reliability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in warehouse operations and equipment (Inventory movement, inventory management, order fulfillment etc.
- Computer and scanning skills.
- Initiative-taking with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.
- Work well in a team environment to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and promptly.
- Ability to grow and to take on additional responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and move objects that weigh 10-50lbs.
- Occasionally lift and move objects that weigh more than 50lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull.
- Must be able to work in both hot and cold working environments.
- Regularly required to use hands and arms to grasp, hold, handle, reach, and carry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
