Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Giving directions or escorting visitors
- Answering telephone
- Delivering flowers
- Door greeter
- Escort patients to their rooms
- Escort patients to the front lobby after being released
- Socialize with patients and/or visitors
- Provide support to patients and families
- Aid hospital staff as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients’ and families
- Activities with the patients
- Assist patients and visitors in navigating the hospital.
- Deliver and collate printed material such as hospital pamphlets to patients or visitors.
- Maintain the reception area and direct visitors to the correct area.
- Escort patients or visitors to various areas within the hospital
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English or Bilingual is a plus!
- Volunteer on weekdays and weekends
- Clean background check
- Up-to-date immunizations
