We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Benefits Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing benefits information to employees and also processing benefit enrollment information and changes. A successful candidate will have a background in both customer service and employee relations and will be able to confidently answer questions and process a high volume of work with minimal supervision. We offer an excellent benefits package, an onsite cafeteria, and many opportunities for professional growth.
**This is not a salaried position. Aflac benefits advisors earn commissions, bonuses, residual income and stock. Aflac benefits advisors are independent agents and are not Aflac employees.**
