Qualifications: • Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license; study resources provided. • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. As a Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers understand their benefits and choosing the best options for their personal situations. You will work with your team to develop sales strategies and goals, and remain current on the changing trends and information about your products. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in customer service, an ability to stay organized and an interest in the latest benefit trends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with enrollment.
- Review and explain employee benefits.
- Assist employees with claim submissions.
- Address any issues or concerns.
