This is a full-time on-site role as a Benefits Consultant at our Macon, GA location. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for administering benefits, providing consulting services to clients, and assisting with employee benefits management. Your day-to-day tasks will include working with clients to assess their benefits needs, analyzing insurance policies, assisting with benefits enrollment, and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
- Experience in benefits administration, consulting, and employee benefits
- Knowledge of insurance policies and terminology
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits enrollment platforms
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
