We are looking for an insurance specialist in the Southwest Michigan area! If you are outgoing, entrepreneurial, and a motivated individual this would be a perfect fit. You'll identify prospective business clients and close on sales opportunities. On-demand training and professional development opportunities. Hybrid remote work!
Role responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment.
- Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and brokers.
- Work with business owners to provide benefits solutions, enrollment, and claims support.
- Track and analyze sales activity to ensure quarterly growth goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Willing to go through training and obtain a life and health insurance license; study resources provided.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
