As an AG & OTR Tire Technician, your mission is to address the customers' Commercial, Industrial, AG, and light OTR tire & service needs while on customers' property and on roadside assistance calls.

Who We're Looking For:

What You Need:

• 3-yr Clean MVR; No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations

• 1 year OTR tire experience required

• Ability to obtain & maintain CDL

• Ability to pass a background & drug screen

• Ability to lift a minimum of seventy-five (75) pounds with or without help

• Ability to bend knees & flexible enough to work in awkward positions

What You'll Do:

• Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations

• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools

• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires/wheels

• Services calls as scheduled by service manager

• Keeping service vehicle fully stocked

• Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle - daily inspection, oil changes, etc.

• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up and organization

• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

*Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night/weekend service commission. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call programs.
