What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Administrator position at AG-PRO LLC?

Department: Parts

Reports to: Parts Manager

Supervises: None


Purpose:

This position is responsible for order entry, order receiving, management of backorders, and customer/vendor communications.


Job Duties

  • Responsibility for Inventory Integrity
  • Effective use of computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe.
  • Manage Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to occasionally lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Execute parts department standard processes and data entry.

Job Requirements

  • 1 years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience preferred.
  • Experience connecting with customers and a demonstrated understanding of the selling process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence and organization.
  • Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team, setting.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid Driver's License
