Reports to: Parts Manager
Supervises: None
Purpose:
This position is responsible for order entry, order receiving, management of backorders, and customer/vendor communications.
Job Duties
- Responsibility for Inventory Integrity
- Effective use of computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe.
- Manage Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Ability to occasionally lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Execute parts department standard processes and data entry.
Job Requirements
- 1 years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience preferred.
- Experience connecting with customers and a demonstrated understanding of the selling process
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence and organization.
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Experience working both independently and, in a team, setting.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid Driver's License
