ABOUT THE ROLE
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing relief from the symptoms of patient’s chronic progressive illnesses and preventing hospitalization through triage and coordination of care.
*PRN schedule could be any day of the week at availability, on call rotation* *This position will be for the East-Lawrenceville, Cumming, Athens and surrounding counties.*
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program with current license to practice professional nursing in the state in good standing.
- Board certified advanced nurse practitioner
- Current DEA
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of health care experience in hospital, medical outpatient clinic, home health, hospice or specialty care setting.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and demonstrate ongoing insurance in accordance with state and or organization requirements.
