The Finance Manager, NA Commercial serves in a key support role in the North America Commercial organization. The individual in this role provides support to North America Commercial Brands and Commercial Support functions across various facets of the business, including financial reporting and analysis and coordination of forecasts and budgets.
What You Will Do
- Manage the budget and forecast process for the Marketing areas for the Brands in NA. Includes analysis of trends and variances.
- Report on Inventory for company and dealers for internal users, providing analyses of trends and areas of opportunity.
- Work in development, calculation, reporting and payment of Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
- Prepare, analyze, report, and manage monthly approval process for dealer Credit Hold.
- Review, analyze and approve assigned Terms Extension Requests.
- Review, Analyze and approve Warranty exception requests.
- Provide guidance and expertise to other members of NA Commercial Finance team in the area of potential cost efficiencies.
- Support month-end close processes for assigned areas. Liaise with non-financial personnel to achieve company’s financial objectives.
- Develop and report on KPIs for assigned areas of financial support.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years related Accounting or Finance experience
- MS Office Suite expertise (specifically Excel and Powerpoint)
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills and an extensive amount of independent thinking
- Ability to work with/present to all levels of management and across functions
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s in Accountancy preferred
- Knowledge or exposure to commercial operations
- An understanding of AGCO’s product portfolio
- SAP and/or OneStream knowledge
