As part of our AGCO customer centric strategy, engaging AGCO customers and collecting their feedback is key for enhancing Customer Experience through generation of actionable insights and their execution. The role owner will work within the Customer Research & Insights team, and will support the global harmonization of our customer surveys, targeting efficiency release in our survey management, analysis and reporting, while ensuring value generation our stakeholders. The role will report to the Director, Customer Research & Insights.

What you will bring:
- Current Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, specifically intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytic and statistic skills, and have the ability to work independently.
