What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Account Manager position at AgentSync?
As a partner account manager (PAM) at AgentSync, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to grow our partner channel. This role will be responsible for working with AgentSync channel partners, developing new partner relationships and proactively working with the AgentSync sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience generating new business through the partner channel and successfully managing partner relationships. There will be a significant amount of opportunity for growth with this role as our partnership ecosystem continues to expand.
What you’ll do:
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets associated with managed partnerships
- Discover, qualify and deliver early-stage sales pipeline working closely with the AgentSync sales teams (Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial)
- Build and report on targets associated with partner pipeline and partner revenue
- Develop joint business plans with our growing ecosystem of channel partnerships (Independent Software Vendors and System Integrators) and deliver against joint targets
- Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to deliver against GTM plan: sales enablement, product team, marketing, customer implementation, and customer success
- Collaborate with AgentSync marketing teams to create and deliver both:
- Marketing to (partner facing) campaigns
- Marketing through (customer facing) campaigns to drive thought leadership and accurately track effective ROI
- Proactively research industry-specific partnership opportunities that can facilitate channel growth
Your experience:
- Consistent achievement of quota and revenue goals
- A passion for sales, relationship building and growing business through partnerships
- Successful track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks
- Account planning and execution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- 3 years of experience with managing partner relationships
- “Builder” and “Owner” mentality
- A strong track record of problem solving and “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Ability to travel for partner meetings and events (less than 25% of your time)

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$80,000 - $90,000 Base // $110,000 - $140,000 OTE
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
