M2X US (https://www.m2xgroup.com) is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their Denver team. With strong roots in agriculture, M2X was founded 6 years ago with the vision to improve the efficiency and sustainability of livestock transportation across New Zealand. They developed a transportation management system (TMS) specifically for carriers and enterprise companies in livestock production, dairy, meat processing, fertilizer production and grain handling. The M2X TMS is now being used by 95% of livestock carriers in New Zealand. This patent-pending TMS optimizes transportation, increases efficiency and reduces both costs and carbon emissions. After gaining strong market share in New Zealand, the M2X team has spent the last year engaging the US ag market.
In this role you will work very closely with our GM and executive leadership team to assist with a variety of administrative needs to propel business growth. These administrative needs include:

Organize and schedule in-person and video meetings internally and with external clients

Create meeting agendas and presentations

Plan and book domestic and international travel

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and e-mail
You’ll spend most of your time in the Denver office. Remote working for specific periods of time is available, however there will be a requirement to be in the office on a part-time basis.
