We continue to grow and are hiring for another full-time Agricultural Recruiter to join our team. This role is based remotely. You will work closely with our clients to provide full-cycle recruitment for professional and executive roles. You will partner with the client to determine objectives, hiring needs, and the best recruitment strategy. You would be a strategic advisor to our clients throughout their hiring process. Our team enjoys working with our clients on an exclusive or retained search utilizing their company name during our search process. This role requires heavy passive candidate sourcing and utilizing various tools for reach-outs.
Our top-performing recruiters bring a variety of experiences in agriculture. For many of our hires, they did not bring prior recruiting, we have a great training and mentor program to teach you the best strategies for recruitment.
Our dedicated sales and marketing team are focused on new business development. Our recruiters focus solely on recruitment and client management.
We offer a base compensation highly dependent on the individual along with a no-cap commission program. We offer great PPO health, dental and vision insurance along with a 401K program with 4% company match, three weeks of paid time off and holiday pay.

Our ideal hire brings
- 3 years in the agriculture industry required (crop inputs, sales, agronomy, livestock, genetics, seed, production ag or any other sector of ag)
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and flexibility to adjust to various client needs
- A naturally competitive nature determined to work through difficult to fill positions
- Bachelor’s degree required
What you would be doing
- Acquire an understanding of the job requirements, company, competencies, skills, and knowledge
- Strategically source candidates utilizing full tools and resources available
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients; clear communication & expectations
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency evaluations
- Continue to build our pipeline of candidates
- Serve as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.
- Openly express your ideas and opinions while working on team projects
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the food and agriculture industry
- Maintain an accurate applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Utilize your own unique skillset and interests outside of recruiting, through writing articles, leading special topic discussions, or creating informational videos
- This role is based from your home with no travel besides one annual meeting each year
