Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments face-to-face
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and interactions
- Assist in driving sales by recommending products and services to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong sales experience
- Valid US Work Authorization
