We are searching for an experienced Global Marketing Programs manager to join our Global Commercial marketing team. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating marketing programs and campaigns that promote Agilent’s CRISPR/Cas and Oligonucleotide Library Synthesis (OLS) portfolio for synthetic biology research.
As the Global Marketing Program Manager, Synthetic Bio (GMPM) your programs will generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow our business and capture market share. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in CRISPR-based technologies and molecular biology, as well has demonstrated success in developing and executing on marketing campaigns in support of product launches and commercialization. The right candidate for this role will strategically collaborate with divisional product marketing teams and leaders across the organization to develop business cases and strong campaign plans. This candidate will additionally report the success of tactics within their marketing campaigns to management. This role reports to the Director of Human Genetics Marketing Programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create innovative marketing programs and campaigns in strong collaboration with the product marketing organization to grow our CRISPR and OLS business
Coordinate campaign development and deployment, align deployment and deliver updates to global field marketing counterparts and product management
Collaborate with global field marketing to:
Analyze related competitive information, market, and customer data
Facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs
Ensure global efficacy of programs and align execution
Collaborate with product managers, other DGG commercial marketing MPMs, and marketing communications professionals to develop product messaging, translating it into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans
Coordinate with other Agilent divisions and functions to align programs as well as support the synergistic overall synthetic biology marketing message and strategy
Report and monitor campaign performance to commercialization and product marketing management, suggest and implement improvements in order to optimize campaign ROI, and maximize business impact
Support the product marketing team with the planning and development of key marketing materials such as digital assets, brochures, data sheets, and posters
