Salary: $120/hour, Net 45. Hybrid
Job Description: The candidate will work as a member of an Integrated Team, providing Oracle EBS R12.2 functional subject matter expertise. Performs as Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to analyze, solution, and support software development and implementation. Analyzes and captures system requirements. Works closely with Business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed cross functional resources to perform analysis, estimation of solution implementation cost, planning and scheduling, design, documentation, delivery of solutions, testing and validation. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform as Oracle EBS Functional Subject Matter Expert responsible for functional analysis, solutioning and implementation.
- Play lead role in the analysis, design and development of Oracle EBS R12.2 solutions with a primary focus on Procure to Pay (P2P) and nice to have Budget to Report (B2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Lead efforts to apply Oracle EBS technology to solve complex implementation issues and RICEW development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
- Analyze business reported functional issues and assist cross functional teams with solution, testing and deployment of fixes
- Work in Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Reporting Solutions
- Support DFAS / DoD Enterprise System Interfaces
- Support team members through analysis, development and architecture standard improvement/augmentation according to industry best practices
- Responsible for the creation of test plans/scripts and testing, including ops validation and Development Integration Testing (DIT).
- Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution so tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provide mentorship and training of other developers on processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to undergo a background investigation and drug testing (if required by client)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other Oracle EBS certification relevant degree from an accredited university
- Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance
- Seven Years of IT experience, with at least 7 years of large-scale Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of
- Procure to Pay (P2P): Purchasing, Accounts Payable
- Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management
- Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable
- Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger
- Experience in the creation of Functional design documentation, Configuration documents, Test Plan, Test Script
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience with integration to Oracle E-Business Suite and /or legacy systems
- Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Microsoft Suite Expertise
- Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents.
- Healthcare domain knowledge: interest in healthcare is preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
- Prior experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment
- Experience in delivering systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
- Team player with the ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
- Prior experience with OBIEE reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
